The newly discovered ancient stalagmite road is about 2000 meters long. It starts from the stalagmite road below Shixin peak and ends at the trail from Beihai to songgu'an. The "Ding" junction is about 300 meters above sandaotang. The stone steps at the crossing are destroyed and covered by dense forest, so it is not easy to see.

The steps built by natural stones or stones are well preserved and covered with moss; some of the stone steps are destroyed by mountain torrents and collapse. The newly discovered ancient stalagmite road and the current trail (stalagmite road - shixinfeng - heihusong - Beihai Hotel - qingliangtai - the "Ding" crossing above sandaotang) form a closed loop, which will become a victory in the future.
