Egret Island Nature Reserve is located 18 kilometers southeast of Quzhou City in Zhejiang Province. There is a village called Hengxi village.

The scenery and the air are fresh. The scenery is pleasant and the ancient trees are towering. In front of the village, there is a river bank with several white mu. The mountain surface is covered with dense forest. The sunlight penetrates into the forest, and the clear flow is murmuring. Behind the village is a hundred year old pine and a thousand year old camphor maple. There are tens of thousands of egrets, thrush, kingfisher, oriole, owl, woodpecker and other precious birds, so it is called Egret Island. When the morning dew, flocks of egrets from the camp high flying, flying to the fields for food, that beautiful posture, that spectacular scene will make you enjoyable. When the sunset turns red in the west, egrets fly back one after another. They play and amuse in the corners of the fields, sometimes sing and sometimes dance. They have a pleasant voice and graceful posture, which makes you intoxicated.
