Qilin Park

Qilin Park was built in 1983, with picturesque landscape, pavilions and other buildings distributed among the mountains and rivers, with antique flavor. It is known as "the most picturesque scenery of lakes and mountains, and pavilions compete with Suzhou and Hangzhou". There are three small islands in the center of the park: East Island, Lake Island and plum blossom island. There are bonsai garden, yingyuelou and other scenic spots on the shore. With the bright moon in the sky, the lake water separated by the stone arch bridge and the Lotus Bridge has become a spectacle of three pools reflecting the moon. Qilin park is also one of the main leisure places for local people.

Qilin Park

Qilin park is located in the center of Qujing City, Yunnan Province. The park was built in 1983, covering an area of 150 mu. The main entrance is tall and majestic, magnificent and full of national characteristics. The pavilions, platforms, buildings, pavilions and other buildings in the park are antique, with exquisite and elegant layout and full of charm.

Main attractions

In the park, the mountains are reflected, the waves are shining, and the pavilions and pavilions are reasonably arranged, which are complementary to the liaokuo park. It has the reputation of "the most beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains, and the pavilions compete with Suzhou and Hangzhou". The main gate is tall and majestic. It is composed of two ancient pavilions with a pair of Unicorns standing on the left and right. On the front and back of the top of the gate tower are dragons and phoenixes, which means that dragons and phoenixes are auspicious. On the right is the bonsai garden, which is composed of winding corridors, exhibition halls, flower and tree shops and waterside pavilions. In the west of the lake is yingyue building, in front of which the green waves are rippling and the stone lotus is in full bloom. When the bright moon is in the sky, the lake separated by the stone arch bridge and the Lotus Bridge becomes a wonderland of three pools reflecting the moon. In the center of the lake, there are three main scenic spots: East Island, Lake Island and plum blossom island. It is a good place for citizens and tourists to have leisure and entertainment. It is also a famous scenic spot in Qujing. The Xiaoxiang building on the island in the middle of the lake is natural and graceful. The garden buildings with different styles, such as the Yingying Pavilion, the Academy Pavilion and the Qixian Pavilion, form a beautiful picture with the leisurely boat in the lake.
