Panlongshan Park
Panlong mountain is located on the East Bank of Liujiang River. It has three peaks. It stands beside the river and looks like a Panlong. Hence the name of the park. The main peak of Panlong mountain is 197 meters above sea level. In 1993, it was rebuilt with funds from the municipal government and people from all walks of life.
About the park
In the Ming Dynasty, Wang's mountain house and Pangu temple were built on the mountain. Xu Xiake had a detailed account after his tour, and praised the wonderful scene. In the Qing Dynasty, there was an ancient pagoda on the mountain, which was later demolished. In addition to renovating the "Wenguang tower" in the original place of the ancient tower, a new "Panlong tower" was built to echo the Wenguang tower. The pagodas are all six corners and seven stories buildings, which set off the scenery for each other, such as double swords inserted in the air.
Zhouwei architecture
There are also "Pangu Temple", "Wang's mountain", "Donglin cave" and other cultural attractions on the mountain. Strong religious and cultural color, led to the eight dynasties, all day long smoke around. At night, looking eastward from the Liujiang bridge, the colorful lights of the twin towers twinkle like stars gathering; the inverted shadow of the tower in the river, like a girl brushing her sleeve, forms a colorful night scene with the heroism of the Liujiang Wenhui Bridge.
