Linjiangmen Bridge

--Linjiangmen bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with a single tower. Its route is a highway connecting Chuanying district and Fengman District of Jilin City. It looks to the north of Linjiang square and Beishan Park, a famous scenic spot of Jilin City.

Linjiangmen Bridge

Linjiangmen bridge in Jilin city is a single tower cable-stayed bridge connecting Chuanying district and high tech Zone in Jilin City. Tianjin Municipal Design and research institute undertakes the design and construction general contract, and the Third Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways organizes the construction. The construction started in April 1992, and the bridge was completed and put into use in December 1994. The completion of Linjiangmen bridge greatly alleviates the communication pressure between Jiangnan area and urban area of Jilin City, and provides an extremely important traffic guarantee for the development of Jilin high-tech industrial development zone.

Linjiangmen bridge is located on Songhua River in Jilin City, Jilin Province, connecting Chuanying district and Fengman District. The north side of the bridge is Linjiang square and Jilin Yuwen middle school, and the south side is Jilin high tech Industrial Development Zone.

Linjiangmen bridge in Jilin city is a single pylon cable-stayed bridge connecting Chuanying district and Fengman District of Jilin City. It is designed and constructed by Tianjin Municipal Design and Research Institute and organized by the Third Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of railways. The construction started in April 1992, and the bridge was completed and put into use in December 1994. Linjiangmen bridge is 27.5 meters wide and 686 meters long (the part connecting the two banks of the river is 541 meters long), of which the main bridge (the bridge deck connected by the single tower steel cable) is 264.75 meters long, the approach bridge (connecting the south end of the main bridge, which has nine groups of piers at the bottom of the Bank Foundation) is 269.765 meters long, the box culvert of Nanbei road is 26.1 meters + 22.13 meters long, the connecting section of the north and south sides is 70.232 meters + 26.414 meters long, and there are people below the north side bridge 32 m in row hole;

In 1994, the people's Government of Jilin city built a monument to commemorate the donation from all walks of life for the construction of two bridges (Linjiangmen bridge and zhihemen overpass). On the monument is engraved with the list of units and individuals who donated more than 100000 yuan and more than 1000 yuan. In June 1998, Linjiangmen bridge won the second prize of excellent design of the Ministry of construction;

In September 1999, he won the Eighth National Bronze Award for excellent engineering design;

From April to may 2016, the stay cables that have been used for 22 years were replaced. In November of the same year, the new lighting project was completed and entered the commissioning stage.
