The main building area is 54000 square meters, and the exhibition area is 35000 square meters. The graphic design and square pool form the logo of PetroChina.

Introduction of sub Hall

History Hall

The exhibition hall focuses on the development of scientific and technological innovation in the past 50 years. Daqing Oilfield workers adhere to the combination of a high degree of revolutionary spirit and strict scientific attitude, and have built China's largest oil production and chemical industry base with high speed and high level.

Science popularization Hall

The exhibition hall integrates the upstream and downstream industrial chains of the oil industry. Based on the introduction of Geoscience Knowledge, it focuses on biological evolution, oil generation, oil search, oil extraction, oil processing and product application, and uses sound, light and electricity technology to display. It is scientific, knowledgeable, interesting and popular.

Exploration Department

The exhibition hall shows the development process of oil and gas exploration in Songliao Plain under the guidance of continental oil generation and structural oil accumulation theory, and the discovery of Daqing Oilfield. More than 50 oil and gas fields have been found, with proven oil reserves exceeding 6 billion tons and natural gas nearly 300 billion cubic meters.

Reservoir Hall

The exhibition hall mainly shows that Daqing Oilfield has established and developed a set of development theories and methods of continental heterogeneous multi oil sandstone reservoir through scientific and technological research and development practice, and formed a series of technologies such as reservoir description, remaining oil research, water drive development adjustment, tertiary oil recovery, natural gas development, reservoir numerical simulation, etc.

The hall mainly shows that the information construction of Daqing Oilfield is developing with the construction of oilfield exploration and development. Over the past 50 years, information technology has become the technical support and the driving force of scientific and technological innovation for oilfield construction and development, and is the concrete practice of the integration of industrialization and informatization.

Drilling and production hall

The hall mainly displays professional technologies such as drilling and completion, oil and gas production, logging and well testing. This paper introduces the development characteristics of Daqing Oilfield and the requirements of different development stages. The development process of drilling and production engineering system includes a series of technologies represented by high-quality fast drilling and separate layer production in the same well.

Ground hall

The exhibition hall mainly shows the surface engineering of oil and gas fields in Daqing Oilfield: the whole process of separation, measurement, gathering, transportation, treatment, storage and transportation of produced fluid from oil (gas) wells; the supporting surface engineering facilities of oilfield water drive and polymer drive development system; the energy saving and consumption reducing and environmental protection facilities in oilfield production.

Refining and chemical Hall

The hall mainly shows the development history of Daqing Refining and chemical industry, the technical level of main devices and energy saving and environmental protection technology. With the development and construction of the oilfield, Daqing Oilfield has built a large-scale petrochemical base in China with petroleum processing, natural gas chemical industry and light hydrocarbon utilization as the main body.
