North Great Wall

--The northern Great Wall is very short in Jiayuguan City. It runs east-west and all the way to the East. There is a beacon tower site on the mountain to the north of hongguozigou, along with a long section of the Great Wall. Due to the influence of the earthquake, the horizontal dislocation is about 1 meter, which is deeply concerned by geologists.

West Great Wall

The West Great Wall starts from wangquan gully in the north and enters the mountain along the hillside to beichagou. It is well preserved in jiucaigou, guidegou and Dashuigou.

The Great Wall in the North

The North Great Wall (ten miles north of Pingluo City, zaoergou, Helan Mountain, West Bank of the Yellow River) was built in the 10th year of Jiajing.

Long dike

The "Changdi" in Taole county starts from crossing the river at the end of the old North Great Wall, and starts from Bayin Taohai in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It goes southward through dusitou River and enters Taole county. From Taole County along the Yellow River south to Hengcheng Dabian (East Great Wall), this is an informal Great Wall, renamed "Changdi". The location is from xiaolongtou to Binggou. There was a certain distance from the desert in the north when it was built in the Ming Dynasty, but many sand dunes have been formed around the Great Wall site by the long-term attack of wind and sand. The Great Wall Ruins and sand dunes are mixed together.

The best in China

The confluence of the great wall and the Yellow River can be called the best in China. This section is mainly between Hengcheng ancient ferry and Jinsha ancient ferry in ancient times. A corner of the Great Wall hugs the Yellow river rapids closely, which reflects the heroic feelings of Sinochem people that "the Great Wall will never fall, and the Yellow River will never flow". The Great Wall is magnificent with rolling sand waves from the north to the south. When the sun sets, the river and the Great Wall will complement each other. It is said that Meng Tian, a general of the Qin Dynasty, once crossed the Yellow River at night, attacked Xiongnu and defended the territory. He was also in the nearby area.
