Beibin Park

Hualien Beibin park is located in the northeast corner of Hualien City. It leads to Nanbin Park in the South and Qixing Lake in the north. It is the dividing point of the two major scenic spots and covers a very wide area. Along the coastal road, the Pacific Ocean is naked. The roadside is full of flowers and trees.
