Danxia 18 peaks (xiaoyaochi)

There are 18 peaks in kambla, which stand from west to East in turn. They are Nanchong peak, Gongbao peak, Dejie peak, neibaozong peak, Dayan peak, nun peak, goat peak, yak peak, etc. most of these peaks are named with strong religious color. With the change of distance, height and angle, the mountains have various attitudes and images. Some of them are as tall as a pillar of heaven, and some of them are as graceful as a young girl. "Danxia" is a special term for geomorphology. It was originally named after the discovery of Danxia Mountain in Renhua county, Guangdong Province in the early 20th century. After numerous geological changes, with the subsidence and uplift of the crust of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, tens of thousands of years of wind and snow erosion and leaching, and the erosion and cutting of the Yellow River, these strange peaks composed of the tertiary gangse glutenite have shaped its present charm.
