Yangzhichan courtyard

Yangzhi temple is often referred to as "Yangzhi Temple". It is behind the west side of Fayu temple, hidden in a piece of Luohan pine. Compared with the crowded Fayu Temple next door, it is more like a quiet and peaceful paradise. The temple is small in scale. It is as famous as duobaota and Jiulong Caijing. It is one of the three treasures of Mount Putuo. It is worth seeing.

Yangzhichan courtyard

Yangzhi temple is located at the foot of qinglianggang, close to Fayu temple. There is a "Yangzhi Guanyin tablet" which is known as one of the "three treasures of Putuo Mountain".

The monument is 2.34 meters high and 1.2 meters wide. It is engraved with the image of Guanyin Bodhisattva, a lady of the Tang Dynasty. It has a pearl crown and a royal robe. It holds a branch in the right hand and a bottle in the left. It is bare chested and barefoot. It is dignified and kind. On the tablet of Guanyin, there are some words such as "the statue of Putuo Buddha, copied from Yan Gong, a wonderful ink for a time, worshipped by a hundred generations". This monument was carved in the 36th year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty according to the rubbings of Yangzhi Guanyin painted by Yan Liben, a famous painter of Tang Dynasty. For hundreds of years, Yangzhi temple has been established and abandoned for several times, but the Guanyin monument is still in good condition and is known as the treasure of Zhenshan.

Traffic information: there are two special bus lines connecting most scenic spots in Putuo Mountain

Route 1: Puji Temple East (baibusha) - baibuge - zizhulin (Nanhai Guanyin open-air Buddha) - entering samadhi (Nantianmen) - steamboat Wharf - Haifang new village (Xishan new village zone 1) - Seafood Garden (Xishan new village zone 2) - Baotuo Hotel - Puji Temple West (Xishan Scenic Area entrance)

Route 2: Ferry Pier - entering into samadhi (Nantianmen) - zizhulin (Nanhai Guanyin open-air Buddha) - baibuge - Puji East (baibusha) - xianrenjing (Chaoyang cave) - Dacheng temple - Fayu Temple (qianbusha) - feisha'ao - Xianghui temple - fanyin Cave - Baoyue temple - Gufo Cave - cableway station

In addition to the two special tourist bus lines, there are also point-to-point tourist buses between the main scenic spots of Putuo Mountain, and special personnel dispatch vehicles with walkie talkies according to the passenger flow
