Training objectives

Based on the improvement of information acquisition ability, market development ability, scientific decision-making ability and organization and management ability, we should cultivate managers with strategic thinking, forward-looking consciousness and social responsibility.

Training mode

Take full-time off-the-job and part-time on-the-job learning two ways. Focusing on the reality and taking the cultivation of students' ability to solve practical problems as the guidance, it adopts various forms such as case teaching, scenario simulation, role play, computer simulation, group discussion, expert lecture, practice teaching, etc. the education of enterprise ethics and social responsibility runs through the beginning and end of the teaching process.

1. The classroom teaching is mainly case teaching. At least one fourth of the teaching time of core courses is case teaching, and at least one fifth of the teaching time of elective courses is case teaching.

2. Practice teaching is compulsory, including outward bound training, business simulation, integrated practice course, etc. The integrated practice course is guided by professional teachers, and students provide suggestions or solutions for enterprises or units by going deep into MBA practice base in the form of management consulting team.

3. Academic activities include MBA forum, enterprise visit, academic exchange, etc.

Registration conditions

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions can apply:

1. Three years or more working experience after graduation (including July 2010);

2. Have 5 years or more working experience after college graduation (including graduation in July 2008);

3. Graduate with 2 years or more working experience.

Curriculum design

According to the function of the course, it can be divided into core courses, professional elective courses and public elective courses; according to the way of course study, it can be divided into compulsory courses and elective courses.
