It used to be a building during the Japanese occupation period. At that time, it was used as a military command center and a resting place for senior Japanese officers. Now it has become an art exhibition hall, a restaurant, a gift shop and so on. The first and second floors of Songyuan pavilion are interior art exhibition spaces, and there will be different exhibitions in different periods. There is also a pavilion at the back of the pavilion for the public to rest and cool. Besides, you can walk along the park and enjoy the magnificent sea view of Hualien.
