The Art Museum of China Academy of fine arts, founded in 1960, is a special art museum of China Academy of fine arts. A systematic collection of fine arts, mainly for teaching and demonstration, while opening to the outside world. There are ancient masters of calligraphy and painting, modern calligraphers and painters works. From time to time, we hold exhibitions of ancient Chinese paintings and oil paintings, as well as special exhibitions of artists inside and outside the academy and international art exhibitions.

Introduction to the library

The art gallery of China Academy of fine arts is a newly established department on the basis of the original exhibition gallery. It is an important platform to display the teaching, creation and research achievements of China Academy of fine arts. The Museum of China Academy of fine arts is located in the south of the main entrance of China Academy of fine arts, facing Nanshan Road.

On the right side of the large and transparent hall is a meeting hall for 800 people, and on the left side is the exhibition hall, which is divided into four floors. The exhibition hall on the first floor has a usable height of 340 cm, an area of 260 square meters and a length of 7710 cm; the exhibition hall on the second floor is the main exhibition hall with a usable height of 340 cm, an area of 256 square meters and a length of 5480 cm; the exhibition gallery on the second and third floors has a usable height of 250 cm and 210 cm, an area of 336 and 180 square meters and a length of 10570 and 6820 cm respectively; the exhibition gallery on the fourth floor has a usable height of 250 cm and 210 cm, an area of 336 and 180 square meters and a length of 6820 cm respectively The exhibition hall has a usable height of 300 cm, an area of 245 square meters and a line length of 5550 cm.

Exhibition area division

The exhibition hall on the first floor is the first part of the exhibition, which contains the works of famous painters and calligraphers. The exhibition hall on the second floor and the corridor are the second part of the exhibition, which includes cliff carvings and Han Dynasty stone reliefs. The exhibition hall on the fourth floor is the third part of the exhibition. The content is the imitation pictures of the ancient paintings printed by erxuan society of Japan. At the back of the main building of the college, there are four exhibition halls, one for the history of the college, and the other three for the collection of the college. The first exhibition of the Art Museum of China Academy of fine arts is "calligraphy and painting collection exhibition of China Academy of fine arts".
