Jinmen old street

The folk customs of Jinmen not only maintain the characteristics of Southern Fujian, but also are unique and charming. Traditional folk festivals are exactly the same as the customs of the mainland (especially Zhangzhou and Quanzhou). The annual ritual competition is the largest in scale. The villagers on the island regard the stone lion as the protection god. At the intersection of villages, standing stone lions in armor or outer cape can be seen everywhere. Incense is common in front of the lion, which is the unique landscape of Jinmen. Located in the north of Jinsha, there are 18 old Minnan style houses in shanhouzhongbao. The swallow tail is high. It not only represents the folk custom of Jinmen, but also reflects the colorful Chinese culture. It has been turned into a "Folk Culture Village".
