The title of the museum on the front door is inscribed by Deng Xiaoping, and the plaque of "national patriotic education base" inscribed by Jiang Zemin is inlaid outside. The museum is divided into the preface hall, the revolutionary history exhibition hall, the revolutionary martyrs' deeds exhibition hall and the general hall. The exhibition is mainly based on physical objects, with more than 400 cultural relics, more than 120 pictures, drawings and charts, and 4 large-scale sculptures. It reproduces the history of the 1921-1949 revolutionary struggle in Jinzhai County, the cradle of the general. Next to the museum is the Jinzhai revolutionary martyrs cemetery, which covers an area of 250000 square meters. Jinzhai County revolutionary martyrs memorial tower in the center of the cemetery, built in 1960, is 24 meters high. On the front of the tower is engraved with Liu Bocheng's inscription "start a prairie fire." Four gold-plated characters. After the martyrs memorial tower is the "Red Army memorial hall" built in 1993, which was named by Hong Xuezhi. The memorial hall is octagonal, like the Red Army's octagonal hat, implying that the spirit of the Red Army will shine forever.
