Lingyun Pavilion is located at the site of Confucius building. It was originally built high. It was completely destroyed by the great earthquake in 1883 and rebuilt in 1837. After Sai Dianchi was a political official in Pingzhang of Yunnan Province, because he advocated Confucianism, he built a Confucius Temple and changed the pavilion into a Confucius building. "Lingyun Pavilion Fu" Inscriptions: Dengsi tower, full of sunset, through the sparse Pavilion, Xiangying Menglong, oblique light falling on the jade. The pavilion is close to Baoxiang river bank in the north, surrounded by the other three residences. It is foggy in the morning and evening, and the cooking smoke rises all around the pavilion for a long time.
