Xiaobailong Forest Park

Xiaobailong Forest Park is located 10 kilometers west of Yiliang County, more than 40 kilometers away from Kunming. It is a new large-scale comprehensive forest scenic spot. The park takes forest natural scenery as the main landscape, with more than 40000 mu of evergreen forest. And in order to reflect the national characteristics, forest characteristics, local characteristics of the principle, the 56 national residential imitation in the forest, novel design, beautiful shape. In the vast forest, there is a kind of return to nature. Yunnan xiaobailong National Forest Park is located 10 kilometers southwest of Yiliang County and 40 kilometers east of Kunming, which is connected with Yangzonghai, a provincial tourist resort.

Climatic characteristics

It is located in the middle and low latitude plateau of Yunnan and the north subtropical climate zone. It has the characteristics of little temperature difference between winter and summer and four seasons like spring.

Honorary recognition

In September 2018, the State Forestry and grassland administration released the list of the first batch of 50 pilot units for the construction of national forest towns. Among them, Shilin meiyihua forest town in Kunming and Huahaoyueyuan forest characteristic town in Yiliang County (formerly known as xiaobailong National Forest Park in Yiliang County) were selected.
