HuaLuoGeng Park in Changzhou

HuaLuoGeng Park was built in 1911 (the third year of Xuantong of Qing Dynasty). It was named "Yayue garden" by private garden. In the 17th year of the Republic of China, it was renamed as "Zhongshan Park" to commemorate the third anniversary of Dr. Sun Yat Sen's death. During the cultural revolution, it was renamed as "people's Park". In 1992, it was renamed as "Hua Luogeng Park" to commemorate Mr. Hua Luogeng, the mathematical magnate. In the park, the ancient trees are towering, the green shade is covered, the water surface is open and closed, the willow shadow is moving and static, the old scenery is new, and it is a good place for people to rest and get together. The ancient city wall and moat tell stories of more than 400 years of wind and rain, adding to the taste of picking up the mountains and forests without going out of the city.
