Jiulongtan

With an area of about 30 square kilometers, jiulongtan scenic spot is the back mountain of the forbidden area of longfengshui after the eastern Mausoleum of the Qing Dynasty. The mountain is in the secondary state of semi primitive forest, which is known as "Jingdong green treasure house".

Jiulongtan scenic spot is located in the northern core area of world natural heritage and World Geopark in Taining County, Fujian Province.

Jiulongtan is a Danxia gorge group in China with the highest density and complexity. It is a typical area of Danxia landform development in Taining's youth. It is known as "the miniature pearl of Danxia landscape in Taining" because of the diversity of lakes, streams, mountains, valleys, rocks, peaks and gullies.

There are more than 20 major water and land scenic spots in jiulongtan. Features of scenic spots

Jiulongtan scenic area covers an area of 15 square kilometers, with a water surface of 100 mu and a storage capacity of 360000 cubic meters. It is composed of 5 km long deep canyon, deep water line Valley and lane Valley catchment. The widest part is more than 100 meters, and the narrowest part is less than 2 meters. It is densely covered with Danxia peak cluster and peak forest, with vertical and horizontal canyons and unique rock trough caves.

In the boating pool, looking at the picturesque valleys, streams, vegetation, and clear water, through China's most beautiful, longest, narrowest, majestic water sky and the Deep Water Dragon Cave, you can see the perfect combination of a bend, a scene, a journey, and a scene, with clear, quiet, strange, and wild. You have a feeling of being close to mountains, water, oxygen, and the world. Jiulongtan scenic area is also a paradise for the growth of animals and plants. The scenic spot is located in subtropical monsoon humid climate with four distinct seasons, abundant sunshine and rainfall. Here grow Taxus, Phoebe, palm tree, camphor and other valuable species, as well as Polygonum multiflorum, Amomum villosum, eucommia, Phellodendron amurense and other valuable medicinal materials, as well as pangolin, Silver Pheasant, pheasant, stone sheep and other birds and animals, so that jiulongtan presents a wonderful state of "beauty in nature, beauty in primitive".
