Zhangjiajie Junsheng Painting Academy

Zhangjiajie Junsheng painting academy, a national 2A tourist area, is located in the urban area of Zhangjiajie, about 35 kilometers away from Wulingyuan scenic spot. It was founded by the current president and painter Li Junsheng in 2001. It is a special exhibition hall for sand and stone painting, a new type of painting. Based on his solid art skills, Li Junsheng made an in-depth regressive exploration of the art of painting. He used natural materials such as sand and stone, plants and so on as the raw materials of painting creation, and created a new kind of painting sand and stone painting. Sand and stone painting has the charm of Chinese painting, the freshness of watercolor painting, the gravity of oil painting, the delicacy of craft painting, and the three-dimensional sense of semi relief. Because it is based on nature, it enjoys the reputation of "green painting" and "environmental protection painting". Sand and stone painting not only made a breakthrough in the field of traditional painting, but also had a profound impact on the painting industry. The museum mainly displays the creative process of sand and stone painting and the art treasures of sand and stone painting that its founder Mr. Li Junsheng has devoted himself to studying and exploring for decades. The exhibition hall combines the artist's ideological wisdom and national emotion with his natural and simple "sand and stone painting". Junsheng sand and stone painting academy in May 2001, as a temporary free scenic spot, officially to the visitors on the journey of dust and fatigue. In the exhibition hall of more than 1000 square meters, "Junsheng sand and stone paintings" are made of natural colored sand and stone and plants unique to Zhangjiajie, showing the beautiful water of Lingshan mountain and people's feelings with artistic techniques. Through this window of art, you can not only see a more beautiful Zhangjiajie, experience the wisdom of Tujia people, but also take another "Zhangjiajie" home as a permanent treasure.
