Located at 303 Jingde Road, Yinlu was listed as a cultural relic protection unit of Suzhou City in 1991. Yinlu is a garden villa combining western architecture with Chinese antique garden. During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty, it was the residence garden of governor Mu Tianyan, commonly known as Mu family garden. After several changes of ownership, Dong Guohua, a member of Daoguang, got his western part (the eastern part was returned to Bi Yuan during the reign of Emperor Qianlong) and slightly repaired it. After the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom war, it became a tea shop. Liu Shuren (Liu Yongtai, for one thing) belonged to Xuantong, and it was named Suiyuan after reconstruction.

The pond is clear and wide, the bridge is tortuous, and the strange stones stand up. There are Rongxian hall, deep green sky, Yangyue Pavilion, yanqiutai, yinghongxuan, Tingyu Shanfang, Qinfang, etc. The front door is in mujiahuayuannong, and the back door is in Jingde road.

In the early years of the Republic of China, it was opened to the public. In 1931, the descendants of Chang Liu sold it to Wu Dishen, a Shanghai businessman, for 21000 yuan. In 1934, it belonged to Ye family of Dongshan in Dongting. The garden was rebuilt and Western style buildings were built in the north. It became a private house with the latest facilities in Suzhou at that time and was named Yinlu. During the war of resistance against Japan from August to march in 1937, it was once expropriated by the authorities. From 1938 to 1945, it was successively occupied as the puppet maintenance Council and the Japanese Consulate. Later, the garden was used by the Japanese gendarmerie as a secret prison to imprison, torture and kill our anti Japanese soldiers and civilians. After the victory of the Anti Japanese War, the army was stationed for more than a year, and then it was settled by the Central Trust Bureau. After the liberation of Suzhou in 1949, it was used by the garrison, the southern Jiangsu administrative office, the Public Security Bureau, the rehabilitation hospital, the tongcaodui Flower Club, and the Light Industry Bureau. Since the second half of 1958, the children's hospital has been set up.

The main building has three floors, with European Romanesque architectural style. In the east of the main entrance, four tall and straight columns are arranged in the front porch, connecting the first and second floors, and supporting the third floor balcony. The interior hall is spacious and bright, and the fan spiral stairs and indoor niches are well decorated. The south of the building is close to the garden. The existing area of the park is 1400 square meters, with the pool as the center, surrounded by rockery, curved bridge, stone navigation, pavilion, fountain, artesian well, etc. The main building is well preserved and the garden is dilapidated and needs to be repaired.
