Osmanthus fragrans is the city flower of Hangzhou. Manjuelong has been the most prosperous place of Osmanthus fragrans since Ming Dynasty. Today, more than 7000 Osmanthus fragrans are planted on roadside slopes and cliffside streams in this area. The trees are more than 200 years old and have become the most famous scenic spot in Hangzhou. In the golden autumn, Osmanthus fragrans are fragrant here.
