Anyuan battery

Anyuan fort is located at the foot of wulonggang in the south of Zhaobao mountain. Founded in 1887 (the 13th year of Guangxu), it played a role in the Sino French war and Zhenhai war. The turret is round, covering an area of 269 square meters, with a diameter of 16.5 meters, a height of 6 meters and a wall thickness of 2 meters. In the southeast, there is an opening with a height of 5 meters and a width of 3 meters in the northwest. The platform wall is built with steamed glutinous rice and yellow mud. The original German made gun was demolished early. It confronts the "Pingyuan" fort at the foot of Jinji mountain on the south bank across the river. Now the top of the platform is destroyed and the wall is standing. In July 1981, it was listed as a key cultural relic protection unit of the county. On December 12, 1989, it was listed as one of the coastal defense sites in zhenhaikou, a key cultural relic protection unit at the provincial level.

Anyuan battery

Anyuan fort is located at the foot of wulonggang in the south of Zhaobao mountain. Before the Zhenhai campaign of the Sino French war in 1884, Anyuan was only a small fort with three 80 pound Armstrong rifles. It was officially built in the autumn of 1885, under the supervision of Du Guanying. In order to install a new Krupp steel gun with a diameter of 21 cm, it was rebuilt in the 13th year of Guangxu and completed the next year. In July 1981, it was listed as a key cultural relic protection unit of the county. On December 12, 1989, it was listed as one of the coastal defense sites in zhenhaikou, Zhejiang Province.

Anyuan fort is located at the south foot of Zhaobaoshan street in Zhenhai District. According to the annals of Zhenhai County of the Republic of China, it was built in 1887, with a distribution area of 2492 square meters and a building area of 328 square meters. It is rammed with a mixture of yellow mud, sand, carbon and glutinous rice. It is round, 6.0 meters high, 16.5 meters inside diameter, and 2.0 meters thick. It is equipped with front and rear gun gates. The front gun gate faces the sea in the East, and the rear gun gate faces the Yongjiang River in the West. In the center of the platform, there is a round rotating gun rail. There is a portal in the northwest of Taiwan, about 5.0 meters high and 2.4 meters wide.

Before the battle of Zhenhai in the Sino French war, Zhenhai had eight artillery emplacements, including "Weiyuan", "Jingyuan", "Zhenyuan", "Dingyuan", "Anyuan", "natural", "natural" and "nanlanjiang". Anyuan fort is equipped with a 21 cm diameter rotary coastal cannon made in Germany. On the eve of the Anti Japanese War, the gun was moved to jianmenkou, which played an active role in the Anti Japanese War and was destroyed by the Japanese army. In the northeast of the fort, there are three iron guns with front bore. In 1996, we renovated the environment inside the fort, planted lawns and shrubs, built walls and management houses.

The site experienced the battles of anti French and anti Japanese, which has important historical research value; at the same time, the fort is rammed with the mixture of yellow mud, sand, carbon and glutinous rice, which has unique construction technology, and has high scientific and artistic value for the study of early military building facilities in Eastern Zhejiang.
