It was established in 1795 (the 60th year of Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty). The original pavilion was rebuilt into Kuixing Pavilion in 1846 (the 26th year of Daoguang), which was destroyed for a long time. In 1982, a stone tablet was excavated in the whole mountain, that is, a new Yiqi pavilion was built in the original site of the old Pavilion. It has a wooden structure with double eaves and six berms. The bamboo rafters and tiles are 6 meters high and 3.15 meters in diameter. There are stone tables, chess tables and drum stools in the pavilion.
