Maple Bay scenic spot

Maple Bay in Sucheng is one of the largest maple forest lands in our city. It is densely covered with native maple trees. In summer, green leaves block out the sun, and in autumn, red leaves fill the mountain.

Maple Bay is located not far from the west side of the south exit of Yuntai Mountain tunnel. It is densely covered with native maple trees. In summer, the sun is covered with green shade, and in autumn, the mountain is covered with red leaves. There are two 300 year old osmanthus trees in the Bay, which are fragrant when they are in full bloom. There are several old papaya trees beside the tree, with smooth branches and rich fruits, which is a rare place to watch. From Xinpu, take the Lianyun special line to Pingshan turntable, and take the bus to Suzhou. Xugou, Lianyun District, has a direct bus to Suzhou, which has to pass through a 3400 meter long tunnel, which has a feeling of crossing time and space. There are wudaoan, Sucheng reservoir and other scenic spots near Maple Bay.
