Yuefei Temple Scenic Area

Yuefei temple was originally named Jingzhong temple, also known as the King Wu Temple of Yuezhong in Song Dynasty. It was established by later generations in memory of Yue Fei, a famous general who fought against Jin Dynasty in Southern Song Dynasty. The temple is majestic with numerous steles. The temple faces south from the north. The painted statue of Yue Fei in the center of the main hall is majestic, majestic and full of national heroism. On the lintel of the hall are two giant plaques with inscriptions of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty and Empress Dowager Cixi of "Baizhan Shenwei" and "zhonglingweimin". The kneeling statues of Qin Shi and other five traitors in front of the temple set off the statue of Yue Fei more valiantly. There is also a Yuefei Temple Street in front of the gate of Yuefei temple. The street is full of antique buildings. The signboards of all the stores are wooden memorial archways with inscriptions.
