"Shanghai Xiangdong Buddha Art Museum" is located in the creative industry park of Feicheng, Jiading District, with an exhibition area of about 7000 square meters. More than 1000 Buddha statues on display date back to the Northern Wei Dynasty and down to the Republic of China. After more than 1500 years of ups and downs, most of them are precious. Among the materials on display are not only gold, silver, copper, iron and tin, but also ceramics, ivory, purple sand and enamel, as well as precious wood such as red sandalwood, chicken wings, boxwood and elephant camphor.

As the largest museum of Buddha art in Shanghai, the museum has many beautiful and exquisite Buddha statues on display. "Shanghai Xiangdong Buddha Art Museum" is organized by Jiading District Government of Shanghai and Shanghai Association for social, economic and cultural exchanges. The collection is collected by Wang Xiangdong, a Buddhist collector, for 40 years. Liu Jiakun, a well-known architect in China, conceived and designed the Buddha statue hall. The hall drew on the modeling language of Buddhist cultural sites and combined with the original style of abandoned factory buildings, forming a unique concept of "inner jungle".
