Xixia Sishan National Forest Park

Located in the western suburb of Xixia County, Henan Province, Sishan scenic area is a National Forest Park, which is the core part of Funiu Mountain World Geopark. It covers an area of 756 hectares. In the scenic area, there are many peaks, birds singing, flowers fragrant, verdant trees. You can get a panoramic view of the mountain city from the top. The scenic area is rich in natural landscape, especially in cultural landscape. The mountain is famous for its spirit. It is said that it was built in the spring and Autumn period and flourished in the Tang and Yuan Dynasties. The ancient lamp temple, one of the earliest Buddhist holy places in China, is located here more than 2000 years ago.

Xixia Sishan National Forest Park

Xixia Sishan National Forest Park is only separated from Guanhe county. The main scenic spots are randeng temple, one of the earliest Buddhist holy places in China, Banshan Pavilion and wazun Shizhan Pavilion by Yuan Haowen, a great poet in the Late Jin Dynasty.
