The core reserve area is 4.62 hectares. Tianzhuang is also called Tianzhuang. In Ming Dynasty, Xipu Qian family established it to collect land rent. During the reign of Qianlong and Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty, it reached its peak.

A total of 65 historical celebrities emerged in Tianzhuang and its surrounding areas, including 4 top scholars, 1 top scholar and 31 Jinshi. These literati left rich cultural heritage to Fenghuang town. The existing banyan house, Yang's Xiaofang, Yang's Nanzhai and Jiang's house are all precious ancient buildings handed down by these historical celebrities. On December 13, 2010, the "famous historical and cultural town of China" with Tianzhuang ancient street as the declaration carrier was jointly named and awarded by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development and the Bureau of cultural relics.
