Xianghuoyan scenic spot

Xianghuoyan Gorge Scenic Spot is located in Hefeng Township, south of Kaiyang County. It has magnificent mountains, steep cliffs, deep-water valleys and towering rocks. It is a provincial scenic spot with mountains, water, forests, cliffs, caves and bridges in one scene. It is secluded, dangerous, strange, majestic and beautiful in one Valley. The total length of the scenic spot is 8 kilometers. Hiking is the characteristic of the scenic spot. The whole Canyon, including mountains, rocks, water and wood, is a wonder of heaven. Xianghuoyan shrine, the largest shrine in the world, is located at the foot of the mountain in the middle of the scenic area. It is more than 500 meters wide and 100 meters high on the cliff. There is a Buddha looming in the niche. It is tall and majestic. It looks like man-made, but it is made of nature. It stands facing the stone peak, and it is as if stone people worship from afar. It is a perfect unity. Xianghuoyan waterfall is located between the shrine and the stone man. The river becomes narrower and steeper. Suddenly, eight cascades appear. The total drop is about 250 meters and the width is 40 meters. It is covered by woods, water mist, rainbow and spectacular.

Xianghuoyan scenic spot is located in Hefeng Buyi and Miao township of Guizhou Province. It is a provincial scenic spot with a total area of about 45 square kilometers.

Xianghuoyan Canyon is a provincial-level scenic spot in Guizhou Province. It is located in Hefeng Buyi and Miao Township, 20 kilometers away from the county seat and 50 kilometers away from Guiyang City, with a total length of 12 kilometers and a total area of 45 square kilometers.

Xianghuoyan scenic area has high-grade tourism resources, many types of scenic spots, and complete landscape functions. The scenic area has magnificent mountains, precipitous cliffs and steep cliffs, forming a precipitous gorge. The scenic area is well vegetated, with a forest coverage rate of more than 80%. There are maple forest and Azalea Forest all over the mountain. Xianghuoyan is named after the miraculous niches and shrines carved in Banbianshan mountain. There are more than 20 scenic spots above the national level, such as Erdong Tiansheng bridge, Yumenguan gorge, tuyundong underground river and Guangdong river bend. It is an excellent place for exploration, scientific research, sightseeing, leisure and vacation.

The undeveloped tourism resources in the county include Gusha River, Yueyue River, Shuangliu Dashan karst cave group, etc. After the closure of Goupitan reservoir in 2008, the high and narrow areas of Pinghu Lake will form hundreds of square kilometers of lakes and mountains in the east of Kaiyang; Qingshuihe cascade hydropower stations have been developed successively, and the natural scenery, cultural relics and ethnic customs in the reservoir area have high tourism development value.

Traffic information: public transport:

1. In the tourist station opposite to Qianling Park, there is a direct bus to xianghuoyan, which can return on the same day;

2. You can take a bus from Jinyang bus station to Hefeng township (Qinghe), 15 yuan / person; and then from Hefeng township to xianghuoyan scenic spot, 2 yuan / person, about 2 hours;

3. Take a bus to Nanjiang Grand Canyon Scenic Area, and take a shuttle bus to xianghuoyan scenic area.
