Xuanmenwan sightseeing agricultural park in Yuhuan County is a green window for the construction of the ecological demonstration area in Yuhuan County. It is located in the north gate of Yuhuan County, the western suburb of Qinggang Town, near the center of Yuhuan and Wenling Chengguan, near Yueqing Bay in the west, and across the sea from Yandang Mountain. The park covers an area of nearly ten thousand mu and is divided into three functional areas. One is a green fruit production and orchard eco-tourism sightseeing area based on the local characteristic fruit tree variety "Yuhuan pomelo", covering an area of more than 8000 mu.

Xuanmenwan sightseeing agricultural park in Yuhuan consists of seven functional areas: management and service center area, agricultural culture sightseeing area, leisure and sports recreation area, ecological agriculture breeding area, world famous pomelo Park, fish town custom area and ecological orchard sightseeing area. Since its opening on October 1, 2003, it has been awarded the national agricultural science popularization demonstration base, the national agricultural tourism demonstration point and the provincial agritainment characteristic point. In 2012, it was officially rated as national AAAA tourist attraction. The integration of ecological agriculture and tourism, leisure and sightseeing fully embodies the production function, ecological function, cultural function and sightseeing, leisure and vacation function of contemporary traditional agricultural garden. Shennong square

Shennong square is composed of Shennong altar, scenery wall, time gate and totem pole. Shennong altar is located in the center of the square, with a 100 ton landmark sculpture, Shennong jiaogeng. Under the statue, there are small waterfalls and water flowing into the Shennong altar, passing through the gates of time in ancient times, ancient times, Han and Tang Dynasties, modern times, and even in the future. It shows that Chinese agricultural civilization has a long history.

In the north of the square, there are three blue stone walls, which represent three agricultural books that have a profound impact on China's agricultural history.

Water garden

Shuijingyuan, also known as White Shark Bay, is composed of three islands in the lake, boat wharf, curved bridge, broken stream and featured pavilions around the lake. The plants in shuijingyuan are composed of four sceneries: spring, summer, autumn and winter. In spring, there are Japanese cherry blossoms and bauhinia in Hong Kong; in summer, there are southern tree species such as Queen sunflower, dandelion, Washington palm and Yinhai jujube; in autumn, there are Metasequoia glyptostroboides, Taraxacum mongolicum and Sapium sebiferum; in winter, there are plum blossoms. There are other interesting activities such as boating in the area.

Children's garden

The total area of the park is about 80 mu. There are many interesting activities in the park, such as revolving coffee cup, Disney turntable, sand sculpture square, fish pond, goldfish fishing and so on. There is also a set of free play facilities: Red Army training camp. There are simple ways to cross the river and roll the circle, and there are also some difficult ways to shake the bridge and walk the steel cable. There is a hundred birds garden in the children's fun park. There are nearly 100 kinds of rare birds in the garden, which provides a good place for primary and secondary school students to know and watch all kinds of birds. There are mandarin ducks and couples who are inseparable all day long; white crowned pheasant with golden upper body, a national second-class protected animal; monkey with strange spirit; sunflower parrot who is smart, clever, affectionate and can greet you; ostrich from Australia weighing more than 100 kg. The Farm

Agricultural exhibition hall, shell sculpture Hall

Agricultural Exhibition Hall: exhibition hall 1 and exhibition hall 2 display traditional farm tools, cereals and other items closely related to agriculture: farming and harvesting farm tools, as well as grains, various crop varieties and processing tools. It reflects the remote farming culture of Yuhuan island.

Shell carving Museum: Mr. Zheng GAOJIN's shell carving works are elaborately conceived and created by painstaking efforts of Mr. Zheng GAOJIN, who has traveled all over the border of the motherland's ten thousand li sea, extensively collected a variety of marine shells, and rubbed them for many years. There are thousands of shell carvings and marine specimens on display in the museum. Some of them are magnificent, while others are delicate. The big one is as long as 16 meters, and the small one is as lifelike as the colorful butterfly and goldfish, which is only 35 cm long.

Wetland Park

Wetland, forest and ocean are the three major ecosystems in the world.

Xuanmen Bay Wetland Park has nearly 4 categories and 11 sub categories of wetland resources, including coastal and shallow sea wetland, river wetland, swamp wetland and constructed wetland, with a planning area of 31.48 square kilometers, including 7.06 square kilometers of shallow sea beach area and 16 square kilometers of reservoir area, which is about three times of Hangzhou West Lake. The planning is based on the ecological protection and restoration of wetland resources and human resources, taking into account tourism development.

Xuanmen Bay Wetland has become the only coastal national wetland park in Zhejiang Province, and was awarded the honorary title of "China's best ecological wetland" in Beijing on December 22, 2011.
