Machang Street Christian Church is located in Machang street, Duihu Road, Cangshan District, Fuzhou City, China. Its predecessor is twelve Paiju club on Taoyuan road. It is the first club of Fuzhou church, the first local church in China. It is called Machang street meeting house. Its founders are Wang Zai, a retired naval officer, and Ni shuosheng, a student of Sany college. Soon after, Wang Lianjun, Lu Zhongxin, Miao Shibing, Wang Shi and others joined in one after another. In 1923, twelve row houses were officially rented to meet, which was called "Christian Church". After the stadium was moved in 1936, it was renamed "Christian Assembly House". In 1955, Qiu Shaoling, an overseas Chinese, dedicated his private house in Machang street to the church, with a construction area of about 500 square meters. Zhang Qizhen is in charge. It was closed during the cultural revolution in 1966. It is now renamed "Machang Street Christian Church" and reopened.
