Mo Xiaoling has been determined to become an actress since she was 6 years old, not only because she has a strong desire to perform, but also because she has shown many talents since she was a child.

In 1996, her comedy cells were discovered by director Liang Zhiqiang and arranged for her to join the audience's popular long-life Comedy Program "funny action". She became one of the most impressive Comedians in Singapore. Every year at the Red Star Awards, she is a frequent guest of the "best comedian" nominations.

In addition to being funny in variety shows, Xiaoling is also a competent program host. Her kind and unpretentious way of hosting allows her to get along with audiences from all walks of life.

Take off the funny coat, Xiaoling is a rare good actor, able to play a variety of different roles. In 2003, she played the role of Mo Lingling, the second sister of the Mo family, in the classic 100 episode long drama "Dutch village". She played a woman who was submissive but strong at the critical moment, so that the audience was surprised to find that the comedian, who usually brought laughter to the audience, could play such a serious role. The role also won her "best supporting actress" in the Red Star Awards.
