Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the material.

Step 2: blanch the pig's hands in boiling water, remove the bleeding water and wash.

Step 3: add sufu, seafood sauce, sugar and water to the bowl.

Step 4: saute shallot, ginger and garlic in a pot, and fry them with pig hands until the skin is yellowish.

Step 5: pour the seasoning into the pot and stir fry until the pig hands are evenly colored.

Step 6: add water, cooking wine, rock sugar and soy sauce, no pig feet.

Step 7: add lotus root and bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat until the pork feet are crisp.

Step 8: collect the juice again.

Seafood sauce: right amount

Cooking wine: moderate

Soy sauce: moderate

Rock sugar: right amount

Onion powder: appropriate amount

Minced garlic: right amount

Ginger powder: appropriate amount

Note: pig hoof is high-fat, high cholesterol food, suffering from arteriosclerosis, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, coronary heart disease and obesity, should not eat more.
