Introduction:

"Shredded kelp with cold sauce is the most common vegetable on the common people's table. Kelp is a marine vegetable with high nutritional value. Production steps:

Step 1: wash and soak kelp to remove saltiness;

Step 2: wash cucumber and carrot and set aside;

Step 3: mash garlic with garlic mortar;

Step 4: cut kelp into silk;

Step 5: cut the carrot into silk;

Step 6: cut the cucumber into silk;

Step 7: cut shallot into silk;

Step 8: put all the silk into a large bowl and mix well;

Step 9: put mashed garlic, chili oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, sesame oil and salt into a small bowl and mix well to make a sauce;

Step 10: add the sauce into the silk;

Step 11: mix well.

Materials required:

Deep sea kelp: Half Root

Carrot: 1 / 4 root

Cucumber: 1 / 2 root

Scallion: 1

Chili oil: 2 tablespoons

Red soy sauce: 3 tablespoons

Vinegar: 2 tablespoons

Maple syrup (or sugar): 1 tablespoon

Salt: a little

Garlic: 5 petals

Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon

Note: no maple syrup can be added a little sugar instead. I've replaced sugar with maple syrup recently~

Taste: slightly spicy
