Chinese Contemporary Art Museum

Founded in 1995, the Chinese Contemporary Art Museum, located at No. 59, Hubin East Road, Yubei District, Chongqing, is a private non-profit cultural institution. It contains paintings, sculptures, installations, new media, manuscripts and other works with documentary value in the history of Chinese modern and contemporary art. The museum focuses on the research, collection and promotion of social works of art such as images and installations.

At the beginning of its construction, with the assistance of Mr. Fan Di'an, the current director of China Art Museum, the museum was nominated by Mr. Wu Guanzhong, a famous painter. With a construction area of 3200 square meters, the museum has works of great value in the history of contemporary Chinese art.
