Yunnan Modern Vocational and Technical College

Yunnan Modern Vocational and technical college is a full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the people's Government of Yunnan Province and registered by the Ministry of education. It is one of 36 Higher Vocational Colleges in Yunnan Province. The college has the qualification of independently issuing Diploma of ordinary colleges and universities, which is included in the national unified enrollment plan and is oriented to the whole province.

The college is located in the Chuxiong Vocational Education Park in the southeast New District of Chuxiong City, Yunnan Province. It has five departments and 13 majors, including Department of mechanical and electrical construction engineering, Department of preschool education and art, Department of Commerce and tourism, Department of medicine and health, Department of food technology. There are 468 teaching staff, 343 full-time and part-time teachers, 126 teachers with deputy high professional titles, 62 teachers with master's degree and 138 "double qualification" teachers in the park.
