Zhejiang International Maritime College

Zhejiang International Maritime Vocational and technical college is located in Zhoushan, a beautiful harbor city of "Haitian Buddhist kingdom and fishing capital". It is adjacent to the international metropolis Shanghai. It is an ordinary higher vocational and technical college focusing on maritime majors, with the development of port logistics, ship engineering and marine tourism.

Zhejiang International Maritime Vocational and technical college currently covers an area of 499 mu, with a construction area of more than 90000 square meters and more than 6200 full-time students. The college has complete teaching, books, scientific research and living facilities. It has advanced experimental equipment such as ship handling simulator and sea training base. The Institute has carried out all kinds of crew training projects approved by the State Maritime Administration, among which the bridge resource management, engine room resource management, electronic chart and other training projects are in the forefront of the national counterparts. The Institute is one of the Hongkong Maritime Association and the Chinese mainland Maritime Universities and colleges. It has become an international organization of international maritime Teachers Association and the Asia Pacific Maritime Association. So far, more than 1000 students have served in more than 20 well-known shipping companies at home and abroad, including Hong Kong Oriental Overseas Container Shipping Co., Ltd.
