Fuzhou Command College of Armed Police

Fuzhou Command College of the Chinese people's armed police force, formerly known as Fuzhou branch of the Command College of the Chinese people's armed police force, is located in Hongtang Zhuangyuan street, Cangshan District, Fuzhou City, which is known as "the hometown of flowers". It was established on June 25, 1985 with the approval of the State Council and the Central Military Commission. It is one of the first colleges founded by the armed police force. The academy is the only military academy in the armed police force. It has four majors: primary command, artillery command, engineer command and chemical defense command. It is responsible for the training and rotation of artillery, engineer and chemical professionals in the armed police force and primary command professionals in Fujian Armed Police Corps. Since its establishment, the school has trained 3402 excellent and qualified graduates for the armed police force and trained more than 30000 serving cadres in rotation. Liu Wenbin and Liu Xiaoning, the "top ten loyal guards" of the armed police force, and Lin Sishui, the "Top Ten Outstanding Youth guards" of Fujian Province, have emerged.

The college covers an area of more than 1100 mu. In recent years, it has invested more than 40 million yuan in infrastructure construction, creating a beautiful, pleasant and modern learning and living environment for students. The college has been rated as "national greening model unit" by the national Greening Committee, as "green camp" by the armed police headquarters, and as "provincial garden unit" by Fujian provincial government. The college actively promotes modern teaching methods. All classrooms can carry out multimedia teaching. The library has a complete range of books, and has realized digitization. It can search and consult library information through the network. The college has advanced facilities of electronic reading room, foreign language speech room, computer specialty room, arms command specialty room, which provides a strong guarantee for the development of modern teaching.
