Yanhuang vocational and technical college is a full-time ordinary private college, which was founded by Mr. Jiang Zhiping, a Taiwan compatriot from Lianshui, Southeast University of science and technology, and founder of Jingguo School of management in 1999, approved by Jiangsu Provincial People's government and put on record by the Ministry of education.
