Tianjin metallurgy vocational and technical college is a municipal full-time ordinary university approved by Tianjin municipal government and registered by the Ministry of education. The college is located in Beichen District (the former metallurgical branch of Tianjin University), covering an area of 242 Mu and a building area of 129700 square meters. The asset value of teaching equipment reached 51.94 million yuan. The campus environment is quiet and elegant, the teaching facilities are complete and advanced, the accommodation conditions are clean and comfortable, the sports facilities are complete, and there are more than 7000 students. The college has seven teaching departments (departments) including Metallurgical Engineering Department, electrical engineering department, mechanical engineering department, electronic information engineering department, economic management engineering department, basic course department and sports department.
