[synonym] Shouxing tangerine root (Sichuan records of traditional Chinese Medicine).

[source] the roots of Rutaceae plants kumquat and Jintan. See "kumquat" for plant morphology.

[function indications] it can promote qi and disperse stagnation. It can treat stomachache, vomiting, scrofula, hernia, postpartum abdominal pain and uterine prolapse.

[usage and dosage] oral administration: decoction, 1-3 yuan (0.5-1 Liang fresh).

② Treatment of stomachache: Six taels of Kumquat root and one pig tripe. Simmer with water and red wine. (children halved)

③ Treat hernia: kumquat root two liang, orange five money, fennel root one or two. Stew in the right amount of wine.

④ Treatment of edema: two pairs of Kumquat root, one or two large-sized Polygonum hydropiper, four pairs of winter pomelo peel. Take it by frying.

⑤ Cure blood drench: fresh kumquat root one or two, rock sugar five money. Stew in boiling water.

⑥ Treatment of uterine ptosis: kumquat root three Liang, shenghuangjing one or two, fennel root two liang, a small pig belly. Stew the wine and water in half and take it twice.
