Herbaceous, ca. 1 m tall. Stem erect, slender, green, branched. Leaves alternate, linear oblanceolate to linear, 2.5-8 cm long, 2.5-4 mm wide, apex short, base slightly narrow, amplexicaul, entire, glabrous on both sides. Compound umbel terminal and axillary; involucre with 2 leaflike bracts, lanceolate; peduncle unequal length; involucre 5, oblanceolate, tip tip, with 4-6 florets, small flowers, all short stalks; petals 5, yellow, nearly rhombic.

It was born in the wet and shady place of the valley. It is distributed in Yunnan and other places.
