[clinical application] treatment of intestinal obstruction

According to the age, 1-5 taels of rapeseed oil (10 taels) were taken once or twice. Those who could not take it orally were injected through gastric tube. At the same time with the necessary adjuvant therapy, such as rehydration, blood transfusion, correct acidosis, anti shock, application of antibiotics and so on. Generally, the bowel sounds increase 3-4 hours after taking it, and some of them have temporary abdominal pain aggravation, but then the pain is reduced and distension disappears; about 8 hours after taking it, the symptoms disappear. 35 cases were treated, 26 cases were cured, 9 cases were invalid. The effect of this drug on Ascaris lumbricoides and food ileus is better than that on torsion intussusception ileus.
