[collection] it is harvested in spring and autumn, and used fresh or dried in the sun.

[chemical constituents] spirantherine a, B, C, D, F, G and spirantherine were isolated from the whole plant.

[nature and taste] it is flat in nature and light in taste.

[function indications] detumescence and detoxification, depravation and muscle regeneration. For chronic osteomyelitis.

[usage and dosage] external use: fresh tamping or grinding powder mixing.

[prescription selection] for chronic osteomyelitis: Smash fresh leaves of Spiraea, or dry leaf powder, add wine to the fistula orifice, fix it with adhesive tape, change dressing every two days for three or four weeks
