It also contains a large amount of organic acids (9-12% dry weight), of which dicarboxylic acid and tricarboxylic acid account for about 1 / 3, including citric acid (45.2%), malic acid (26.6%) and fumaric acid (21.2%). There are palmitic acid and linolenic acid esters of lutein in autumn leaves.
