[source] this product is the dried female of Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker or Steleophaga plancy I (Boley). After catching, put it into boiling water and burn it to death, then dry or dry it.

[traits] the soft shelled turtle is flat oval, 1.3-3cm long and 1.2-2.4cm wide, with narrow front end and wide back end, purple brown back, glossy and wingless. There are 9 segments of ventral dorsal plate, which are arranged in a tile like pattern.
