Li Wanju
Li Wanju (1901-1966), male, from Yunlin, Taiwan, is a famous politician in Taiwan. In the early childhood, he started his studies in Chinese mainland, went to China to study in the youth, and graduated from Shanghai National University. He went to the Department of social studies of Paris University of France and joined the Chinese Youth Party, which was called the nationalism. After graduation, he went to Shanghai Jiangnan University to teach. During the Anti Japanese War, he went to Chongqing and served as the director of the international studies group of the Military Commission of the national government. He helped to organize the Taiwan Alliance. He had a strong political background. In 1945, Li Wanju went to Taiwan with the office of the Taiwan chief executive to receive him. In 1946, he was elected as a member of the first Taiwan Senate. In 1953, the Taiwan parliament was established and he was elected as a member of Taiwan Province for four consecutive terms. He died in 1966.
Early experience

political life

Later, he became the chairman of Taiwan new life newspaper. In 1947, he worked for the newspaper, revealing the concepts of "democracy", "freedom" and "progress", which made the newspaper known as "Taiwan Ta Kung Pao". Li Wanju was also in danger of becoming a victim in the February 28 Incident. in addition to being the head of the public review, Li Wanju was also elected to the first Taiwan Provincial Council since 1946. After the establishment of the Taiwan Provincial Council in 1953, he was elected to the fourth Taiwan Provincial Council in succession, laying a solid foundation for the Chinese Youth Party in Yunlin County. Li Wanju, however, did not dare to say what he said in the forum and reported in the newspapers about the lack of official authority. Although Li Wanju became a provincial councillor known as "five dragons and one phoenix" with Guo Yuxin, Xu Shixian, Guo Guoji, Wu Sanlian and Li yuanzhan, it also made Li Wanju an official target all the time. His residence on Kangding Road in Taipei city was even destroyed by an unknown fire. The Youth Party of China is a political party without the function of a substantial opposition party. Li Wanju has always planned to form a substantial opposition party.
