(? - on September 27, 492 B.C., Ying, surnamed Zhao and named Ning, was the son of Duke Yi of Qin. He was also known as Duke Hui of Qin in the spring and Autumn period. He reigned for 9 years (500 B.C. - 492 B.C.).
