Wang Zuqing was born in Huating, Jiangsu Province in the Qing Dynasty. In 1753 (the 18th year of Qianlong's reign), he took office in Penghu, Taiwan. He was born as a supervisor. Fan Xian's major is the revision of Taiwan official records.
